No All Night Parking
At anytime it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to park or stand on any street, roadway or public highway within the Town of Frankfort during the hours of 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a policeman, constable, emergency technician or traffic control device.
