The Frankfort Town Police was established on February 12, 1991. The Town of Frankfort Police Department is a part-time professional force that patrols approximately 100 miles within the Town of Frankfort. The current police force consists of a full-time Lead Officer, James Getman, Jr., and 19 part-time officers.
